Scope of service
Automa provides software tooling for job discovery, application workflow support, and user-controlled automation actions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
User authorization and responsibility
You authorize Automa to perform actions you initiate using information and credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality, and destination-platform compliance of all submitted applications and communications.
Acceptable use
You may not use Automa for unlawful activity, credential abuse, scraping or automation that violates applicable law, contractual restrictions, or third-party platform policies. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, or policy violations.
No guarantees
Automa does not guarantee interviews, offers, response rates, hiring outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
Disclaimer of warranties
Automa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automa and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or employment opportunity, arising from use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automa and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your automation actions, or your violation of law or third-party terms.
Termination
You may stop using Automa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal risk, security concerns, or abuse. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law designated by Automa in official agreements. You agree to resolve disputes through the forum and process specified by Automa in those agreements, subject to non-waivable legal rights.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an effective-date update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
