Service Scope

Automa is a desktop workflow tool for job discovery and application automation. In beta, recruiter outreach sends are user-initiated unless an explicit send integration is enabled in product.

User Authorization

By using Automa automation features, you authorize Automa to perform workflow actions on your behalf using the profile information, browser context, and resume content you provide.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of your application content and communications. You remain responsible for outbound recruiter messages, follow-ups, and compliance with destination platform terms.

No Outcome Guarantee

Automa does not guarantee interviews, offers, response rates, or employment outcomes.
